Preparing for the 150th Anniversary of St. Joseph Catholic Community (1876-2026)
Bounding Beyond Campaign (current)
At the conclusion of the parish Year of St. Joseph on May 1, 2022, a campaign to take the community forward to 2026 was launched, with a new anniversary logo (above, right), and our slogan, “Bounding Beyond.” Both the image and slogan hint at resilience and a forward-thinking push, championed by our patron himself, St. Joseph.
As the campaign continues, there will be an array of activities open for participation.

Discerning our collective dreams with the intercession of the exemplary dreamer
On November 19, 2020, in the pastor’s monthly chapter talk here at the parish, a “Year of St. Joseph” was declared to help strengthen our ties to our patronal saint and to help us discern our collective future emerging from the Covid-19 pandemic and other global crises.
On December 8, 2020, Pope Francis declared a “Year of St. Joseph” for the universal church. We were excited by the reinforcing possibilities for us at the parish.
Here is the Vatican text of the declaration of the Year of St. Joseph in English and Spanish.
The year of St. Joseph concluded on May 1, 2022.
